I’m a mid-life mama of three amazing daughters and happily married to my dashing soulmate for over 25 magical years. I understand—life’s a balancing act. But taking care of your health doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

I’ve walked in your shoes. My journey through personal struggles with diabetes and my children’s health challenges (like PCOS and reactive hypoglycemia) taught me there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to wellness. It’s about understanding your body and giving it what it needs to thrive.
