Everyone has a story.
I've spent more than 30 years working in and running businesses, from sales and marketing to managing teams, projects, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.
I've owned businesses of my own, worked inside other people's businesses, managed a manufacturing company, and spent years working with online businesses in the wellness space. I've been the person responsible for figuring out what needs to happen, who's doing it, what's getting stuck, and how we're going to get it done.
I've also learned that knowing what should happen and actually making it happen are two very different things.
That's ultimately what led me to The Meisner Method. I help small business owners manage the work behind their ideas so projects move, teams know what's next, and everything doesn't have to depend on the owner.

In my 30+ years across sales, marketing, operations, and business ownership, I've managed teams, run projects, worked alongside marketing and creative teams, solved operational problems, and built workflows that hold up in the real world.
I bring that experience into every business I work with. I'm not looking at one project or one problem in a vacuum, but rather how the pieces work together, where things are breaking down, and what needs to happen next.
